Sand 2.0
The first interactive sandbox
Creativie Learning Lab developed Sand 2.0 in 2009. Using interactive whiteboard technology and a beamer everyone can create an interactive sandbox. Dutch teachers can download the manual for free from this site.
Sand 2.0 is an idea of former intern Karim Amrani, who added colour and technology to the old fashoned sandbox. By projecting a new layer on top of the sand with a beamer and using an interactive whiteboard pen, children can give their sand creations an extra dimension.

Pop UP Young children are full of fantasy and imagination. They can listen to stories in such a way that they become part of it. The interactive theatre installation Pop UP creates a multimedia experience for young children of 2-6 years of age, in which they can place their first theatrical steps in life.
