Keimpe de Heer

From October 2008, Keimpe de Heer is active as Manager of Creative Learning Lab. In this role Keimpe is involved in the strategy and organization of Creative Learning Lab.

“Our knowledge economy is rapidly evolving, encouraged by new media and the implementation of new technologies into everyday life. Especially in a continuously changing environment it appears to be of great value to be able to reinvent yourself and to adapt to changes around you. The knowledge worker of the future is adaptable, flexible, and has a natural interest in working with new technologies. Additionally, he or she is able to express personal thoughts and dares to let them go when they are no longer valid.”

As a toddler, Keimpe would have liked the sand table with the interactive projection layer (Sand 2.0). How fascinating would his creations of sand be and Keimpe would’ve coloured them in every colour of the rainbow. Fortunately, as Keimpe works at the Creative Learning Lab, he is constantly able to professionally play with the interactive experiments the lab develops.
